Media Release

I grant Volcanic City Rollers, or anyone authorised by Volcanic City Rollers, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to take images, video or any other form of media featuring me or my image at Volcanic City Rollers events, including games and practice. In respect to this media, I agree that Volcanic City Rollers may use, re-use, publish, re-publish or grant the use of media featuring me or my image in perpetuity.

I release Volcanic City Rollers or anyone authorised by them from any claims or demands arising out of the use of any photographs/video/other media featuring my image. These claims include, but are not limited to, request for payment, claims of copyright or invasion of privacy.
